We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our team at a well-regarded secondary school in Bramhall. The school holds an Ofsted rating of 'Good' and prides itself on providing a supportive and nurturing environment for both students and staff.
Role Overview:
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in promoting positive behavior and fostering a conducive learning environment within the school. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting Students: Providing one-to-one or group support to students who may be experiencing behavioral difficulties, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
Implementing Strategies: Working closely with teachers and senior staff to implement behavior management strategies and interventions tailored to individual student needs.
Mentoring: Acting as a mentor and role model for students, offering guidance, encouragement, and practical support to help them develop positive attitudes and behaviors.
Building Relationships: Developing strong rapport with students, parents, and colleagues to facilitate effective communication and collaboration in addressing behavioral concerns.
Monitoring Progress: Regularly assessing and monitoring the progress of students, identifying areas for improvement, and adjusting support strategies as necessary.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
