⭐ Behaviour Support Assistant- Make a Real Impact Every Day
Are you passionate about helping young people overcome challenges and reach their full potential?
We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to support pupils aged 11-16 within a behavioural provision that works alongside a mainstream school. You will play a key role in supporting students who are at risk of exclusion, helping them re-engage with education, build confidence, and achieve positive outcomes.
In this hands-on role, you will work flexibly across all key stages, supporting learners who may face challenges engaging in a traditional educational setting. Through tailored one-to-one support, effective behaviour management strategies, and the development of positive, trusting relationships, you will help pupils feel safe, understood, and ready to succeed.
Working closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and other professionals, you will contribute to creating a structured, supportive, and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and capable of achieving their goals.
No two days are the same. This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where your encouragement, resilience, and commitment can have a lasting impact on a young person's future.
