At Teaching Personnel we are looking for an English teacher to join our team in the Didsbury area.

As an English teacher you will be teaching KS3 and KS4

Responsibilities:

  • Lead an English-based class.
  • Work and communicate effectively within the humanities department.
  • Planning and marking will be required from this role.

Important Information:

  • Pay will be £30,000 - £46,525 according to your teaching pay-scale.
  • The role will be full-time.
  • This role will begin on the 8th of April until the end of the academic year with the potential for this to be a permanent role with the school.

Requirements:

  • Experience within secondary schools is required as this is a teaching role that requires you to have a PGCE.
  • Strong literacy skills will be needed as the ability to communicate to students is essential.
  • Must have a passion for English.
