£20 - £30 Per hour

1. Provide tailored tutoring sessions to Key Stage 3 students with lower learning levels.

2. Develop and implement individualised learning plans to support students' academic progress.

3. Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to adapt teaching methods accordingly.

4. Monitor and track student progress through regular assessments and feedback.

5. Collaborate with parents and teachers to address any learning challenges effectively.

- A relevant teaching qualification

- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tutoring or teaching

- Understanding of the Key Stage 3 curriculum

- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning materials

- Patience and empathy when working with students

- Additional certifications in Special Education or Learning Support

- Experience in using educational technology tools

- Flexible schedule

- Work in a one-on-one setting

- Adherence to safeguarding and child protection policies

- Collaborative work with school staff and parents

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
