One of our partnership SEN schools are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join their team!

In this role as a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Assist in the delivery of creative and engaging lessons and support children’s learning
• Assist in the planning and implementation of Individual learning plans for children with autism, severe and profound learning disabilities, and challenging behavior
• Record children’s assessment and development
• And much more!

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience with complex learning needs in a school or care setting (PMLD, Autism and physical disabilities)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Passionate about supporting children with special educational needs
• Kind and caring personality

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
