An award-winning school group in Quidenham, Norfolk, is seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join their vibrant team. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing student learning and supporting the diverse needs of our student body.

Location: Quidenham, Norwich
Salary: Actual salary £21,709.61 - £22,388.59 dependent on experience
Hourly rate: £12.15 - £12.53 per hour 
Hours: 40 hours per week - Term Time only - Monday - Friday - 8.30am - 4.30pm (5pm on Thursday, extra half hour taken off on another day)

Key Responsibilities:
*
Assist in the delivery of tailored educational support under the guidance of classroom teachers and special education professionals.
*
Work directly with students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts, help complete assignments, and improve academic performance.
*
Support students with special educational needs, ensuring they have access to the curriculum in an inclusive environment.
*
Help manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all students.
*
Participate in planning and preparation of classroom activities and support materials.

Requirements:
*
A passion for education and a strong commitment to enhancing student welfare and learning outcomes.
*
Previous experience working with children or young adults in an educational setting is preferred.
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with students, staff, and parents.
*
A patient and flexible approach, able to adapt to varied needs of students and classroom demands.
*
Relevant qualifications in education, teaching assistant certification, or similar is highly desirable.
*
A proactive team player who can also work independently when required.
