Teaching Personnel are excited to present an exceptional permanent opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist educational and residential setting in Wiltshire supporting children and young people aged 8-19.

This inspiring provision caters for pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans who may present with autism, ADHD, trauma backgrounds, speech and language needs or social, emotional and mental health challenges. Every learner follows an individualised and therapeutic pathway designed to help them feel safe, successful and confident in preparation for adulthood.

Set within beautiful grounds between Chippenham and Lacock, the environment offers far more than a traditional classroom experience. Pupils benefit from forest school provision, sensory spaces, outdoor learning facilities, gardening areas, fitness resources and independent living environments that encourage practical life skills and emotional growth.

The successful candidate will provide dedicated 1:1 support, helping pupils engage with education, manage emotions and develop confidence within daily routines. You will become a trusted adult figure who promotes consistency, encouragement and positive outcomes. This role requires resilience, adaptability and a nurturing approach. Staff work closely together to provide holistic support and maintain a culture built around kindness, respect and safety.
