As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and students, providing both one-to-one and small group support to help pupils overcome barriers to learning and achieve their goals.

• Support students within the classroom to enhance their learning experience

• Assist pupils with additional learning needs, including SEND requirements
• Encourage student engagement, confidence, and independence
• Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
