We are seeking a caring, compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our SEN school in Oxford. This role would be ideal for Psychology and Criminology graduates, aspiring teachers, people with experience working with young people, or anyone looking to work in SEN.

Job Responsibilities as a Learning Support Assistant

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with SEN.
• Support students with their learning, communication, behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive classroom activities.
• Implement individual learning plans, EHCP targets and support strategies.
• Support students with emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies.
• Monitor and record student progress, behaviour and wellbeing.
