Psychology Graduate - Reading

A specialist SEN school in Reading is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join their team. This role is ideal for graduates looking to gain practical experience before pursuing a career in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counselling, Therapy, Mental Health, or Teaching.
As a Psychology Graduate, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with a range of additional needs.
- Support students with their academic, social, emotional, and behavioural development.
- Help young people build confidence, independence, and positive learning habits.
- Develop positive and trusting relationships with students.
- Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to provide consistent and effective support.
- Observe and monitor students' behaviour, wellbeing, engagement, and progress.
- Encourage positive participation in learning and daily activities.
We're looking for a Psychology Graduate who is:

- A confident communicator with a strong interest in Psychology and child development.

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
- Contract: Full-time
