Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for Psychology Graduates to join client secondary schools in the Liverpool area as Teaching Assistants, specialising in behaviour management and working with students with special educational needs.

These openings can be a mixture of full-time, part-time, and flexible working and will commence ASAP.

You will be supporting the learning of SEN pupils across the school through smaller group activities and 1:1 sessions. You will also be supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience/passion working with children with special educational needs.
  • A passion for education and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the changing needs of students and the school.
  • A patient and understanding approach, with the ability to provide guidance and support to students facing academic challenges.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
