Teaching Personnel is recruiting for a SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist secondary provision in Salford, supporting students aged 11-16. The school caters for pupils with a variety of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and associated behavioural challenges. The provision prides itself on creating a nurturing, inclusive environment where every student is encouraged to achieve both academically and personally.

About the Role
As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff and wider professionals to provide tailored support that enables students to engage in learning, develop confidence, and build positive relationships. You will play a key role in helping pupils overcome barriers to education while promoting independence and emotional wellbeing.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
