  • Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a secondary school setting
  • Assisting SEN students with their academic and personal development
  • Collaborating with teachers to implement individual education plans
  • Providing one-to-one support for SEN students in the classroom
  • Monitoring and recording student progress and behaviour

Prior experience working with students with SEN is beneficial but not essential

  • Passion for supporting students with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Patience and empathy towards students with diverse needs

Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification

This role involves working in a school environment with secondary students. The working hours are full-time, following the school timetable. The role may require occasional participation in school events or meetings outside regular hours.
