SEN Specialist Teaching Assistant

Location: Dartford

Full-time

Pay: 425 P/W

We are currently recruiting specialist teaching assistants to work in a special needs school in Dartford.  The school caters for students with special needs such as autism, speech & language difficulties and PMLD. Due the needs of the students, class sizes are reduced and cater to 4 - 6 students, providing you the opportunity to have a more aligned and focused approach to the students learning & development. As a learning support assistant, you will be supporting students with their academic & social development. This school are looking for people with personal or professional experience working with special needs, who have a calming and patient approach and are keen to apply their skills in education.

The role:
Working Monday to Friday - 8:30 – 16:00
Working one to one or in small groups with students in core subjects and creative lessons

Providing a nurturing environment for students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
