Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with the SEN provisions in the Bournemouth area to recruit SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team of staff! There are 5 SEN Teaching Assistants for full-time positions to start ASAP!

The schools support pupils with additional needs including ASC, ADHD, Physical Disabilities, and SLCN. The school require staff who can join the team being resilient, pro-active, and nurturing, school experience isn’t required but is desirable if you have it. The school are interested in meeting potential staff who have a care/ support/ healthcare/ education background but also see personal experience supporting children/ adults with additional needs as equivalent experience for the role without needing the qualifications or school based experience!
