Are you a passionate English graduate looking for a rewarding role in a Secondary School?

Do you have a desire to support young people in their education and help them develop essential skills?

 

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as an English Teaching Assistant. In this role, you will use your expertise in English to support students who may be struggling with their reading skills. You will provide small intervention sessions, offer feedback to teachers and parents, and demonstrate a strong commitment to helping each student improve.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to grow your skills and confidence while working with students at the KS3-GCSE level. You will gain valuable insights into how schools operate and the importance of teamwork and collaboration.

  • This position will commence after the Easter Break in 2024.
  • You will receive a competitive salary of £1700 per month.
  • You will be based at an outstanding Secondary School located just north of central Manchester.
  • Initial training will be provided by the school.
  • Your main responsibility will be to support students in their English reading.
  • 12 month contract

The ideal candidate for this role will possess confidence, resilience, and excellent relationship-building skills with both students and staff.
