Key Responsibilities:
- Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
- Assist with the planning and preparation of learning activities tailored to individual student needs.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance with their learning.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
- Supervise students during class activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Collaborate with colleagues to assess student progress and implement strategies for improvement.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including maintaining records and preparing learning materials.
Requirements:
- A passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
- A relevant qualification in education or child development is desirable but not essential.
