  • Working alongside teachers and school staff to create a positive learning environment
  • Adapting activities and resources to meet individual pupils' needs
  • Encouraging positive relationships and inclusive participation
  • Supporting pupils during break times, lunch, trips, and wider school activities
  • Promoting children's wellbeing, safeguarding, and inclusion at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent Welsh speaker with the confidence to communicate with pupils and staff in Welsh
  • A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
  • Patient, caring, and empathetic approach
  • Confident working with children who may require additional support
  • Reliable, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Previous experience supporting children with ALN, SEND, childcare, education, or youth work is desirable but not essential
  • A relevant qualification or degree is welcomed but not required

What We Offer
