We are working with a lovely SEMH school based in Horsham that specialises in providing that extra support to students who have social, emotional and mental health needs. The school has state of the art facilities and is located within 23 acres of picturesque West Sussex countryside, The staff team are of the highest quality and are committed to ensure every one of their pupils has the knowledge to succeed and maximise their potential.

You will be playing a pivotal role in ensuring the students receive the education they deserve; as a learning support assistant you will have an adaptive approach to communicating with members of the class, building rapport with them and being attentive to ensure that they enjoy engaging in learning.

The role will require someone who is resilient as there may be some challenging behaviour at times, if you are able to promote confidence, help children engage in activities and have a passion for helping others achieve, please apply now!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
